Our experienced martial arts instructor has over 30 years of experience teaching martial arts and credentials as the self-defense instructor for the Aman in NYC. He offers private training sessions that can be customized based on the client's needs and preferences, whether you prefer standing or grappling techniques or have specific questions about No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Women's Self Defense.

In addition, we're now offering a 6-week intensive course that covers the fundamentals of Women's Self Defense and includes the important skill of ukemi. Ukemi is the practice of falling safely and can be a crucial aspect of self-defense, helping you to avoid injury in the event of an attack. By learning ukemi in addition to grappling skills, you'll have a well-rounded set of self-defense tools at your disposal.

The 6-week course is designed for beginners and can be broken down based on your availability.
