Participants explore women’s self defense, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Ukemi (falling safety techniques) in a supportive, hands-on environment. Seminars focus on practical skills, real-life situations, and confidence-building, all at a comfortable pace.

We bring the training to you! Whether it’s your office, private fitness center, community center, church, synagogue or even a backyard BBQ, we make it easy to learn in a comfortable setting with people you know.

SEMINAR DETAILS:
Our seminars are designed to fit into your schedule—lasting between 1 to 3 hours, two or three day,

so you can learn practical skills without a huge time commitment.
Participants will learn:

Situational awareness & distance management

Non-physical techniques (verbal boundary-setting / “voice Jiu-Jitsu”)

Physical escapes from basic grips

Optional: Ground self-defense & safe falling techniques
Each seminar is customized to participants’ abilities to ensure safe, hands-on learning.
