SELF DEFENSE FOR WOMEN

Domestic violence is a reality that can no longer be silenced.  We all want to think everyone will do the right thing and respect each other regardless of sex, gender, etc. We wish to err on the side of caution, and It's best to be prepared for any dangerous situation by knowing how to utilize your body as a weapon. Peter, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, will teach you how to use your body to defend, recover, retaliate and escape from any attacker regardless of strength or size. Peter shares his unique perspective from years of training with masters of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and full contact grappling.

After each training session with Peter, you will be amazed at what your body is able to do once the muscle memory has been properly educated. His ability to convert technique knowledge into a language your body can understand will shock you. He removes your fear of learning self defense by taking the time to demonstrate and explain the choreograph of the movement.  Within a few sessions, you will be able to perform techniques with relative ease and complete amazement of your newfound skill.

Peter has developed the quickest way to teach women’s self defense.  He has compressed his decades of knowledge into a 6 week training course.  This intensive course is specifically designed for beginners.  The program is one on one and flexible with scheduling.
